Competition Format
- Each athlete is allowed to participate in a maximum of two individual races, in addition to one relay race.
- Participants must arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the start time to ensure bib numbers are collected.
- Heats will be held per age group per discipline.
- Athletes must be present at their competition area 30 minutes before the start of their event.
Running
- U13 : 100m, 200m, 400m
- U15 : 100m, 200m, 300m, 800m
- U17 : 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m
Relay
- U13 : 4X50m
- U15 : 4X100m
- U17 : 4X100m
Jumping
- U13 : Long Jump
- U15 : Long Jump, High Jump
- U17 : Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump
Throwing
- U13 : Girls Shotput - 1kg, Boys Shotput - 2kg
- U15 : Girls Shotput - 2kg, Boys Shotput - 3kg,
Javelin - 400g
- U17 : Girls Shotput - 3kg, Boys Shotput - 5kg,
Discus - 1kg, Girls Javelin - 500g,
Boys Javelin - 700g
